Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Detectors – Test / Installation

During our visit to the property our assessor will check that the detector is sited in the correct position and there are the correct number of alarms on each floor to adhere to HSE law. We will produce a certificate to show a dated instalment and/or test within HSE Guidelines. If there is no alarm or it is not working correctly we will replace at an agreed cost. This service is a popular add on and provides peace of mind for your Landlords and you as a property manager have a document on file to provide on request by the HSE.
